Do not use anyone else! I’ve had the pleasure of placing my business with Gary, Terri and Linda twice now. They are friendly, knowledgeable and fantastically efficient. Blown away by their ability to go above and beyond, quite frankly I’m unsure why you would use anyone else for your surveying needs. 5 stars doesn’t do them justice but it’s all Google will allow me to award. We recently used E Surveyors for a valuation for our Help to Buy loan redemption and had a really good experience. Everything was straightforward and hassle free from start to finish. They were quick to get the valuation booked in, communication was great throughout and the report came back really fast which helped keep things moving. Overall, really pleased with the service and would definitely recommend 👍

Excellent service provided by Gary and Linda… I needed a survey for HTB repayment with only 10 days to legal completion. I called late Friday afternoon and Linda in her calming professional manner arranged for Gary to attend the next day (Saturday) with a promise that I would have the report Sunday.. 9.30pm Sunday night Gary’s email landed. By 10.00am Monday morning documents were signed off by HTB and with the solicitors. I would definitely recommend ESurveyors and would not hesitate to call on their services again.

Gary and Linda made the process of carrying out a survey super easy for us, even though we needed everything expedited as we were on a tighter schedule than most people. The whole process was seamless and super quick! Would recommend them highly for anyone looking to carry out a survey!

Would recommend! Linda and Gary are so helpful. Our first evaluation was completed with no problems and Gary was great! We then needed an extension due to it taking over 6 months to move out. Linda was very knowledgeable and helpful over the phone and Gary sent this over that evening. Thank you both. Great service!

Gary and Linda have been nothing but helpful for my RICS valuation required for my re-sale of my flat. The reports have been great and the customer service from both has been excellent, and I’ve been able to sell my property promptly and be able to pass to my housing association and solicitors with no problems. Excellent service and highly recommended – Gary++++++++++++. Lind has booked in an appointment at a very competitive price, turned up on time and carried out a thorough survey for my Help to Buy. I was so happy with his report compared to previous surveyors because Gary has mentioned clearly on report why other similar houses are higher price than mine. It makes sense, reasonable and so happy with this report. It was my fifth report due to Help to buy prolonged issues, but other four are from different surveyors, and was not happy with previous surveyor. I would say highly recommended – Gary +++++++++++++++++

Highly recommend Gary at E Surveyors. He fit us in for a Help to Buy redemption survey at short notice on his day off and the report was with us within 24 hours which really helped us out. Gary is professional, personable and his services are the most competitively priced in our experience.

I used eSurveyors for a valuation on a shared ownership property and I found them extremely helpful. When initially getting quotes I found them to be the most helpful telling me things I did not even know and I found them the most approachable and competitive.

The initial survey was carried out promptly and again when the survey was being carried out we were given advice on what to say to potential buyers and we knew ball park what the valuation would be.

We received the valuation in reasonable time. I recently required an extension to my valuation as my valuation had expired and considering the notice we were given that this had expired by the housing association I have to say I really appreciate the turnaround on getting a new valuation completed.

I would definitely recommend and would use again in future.

I needed a RICS Help to Buy redemption valuation at short notice and on a tight timeline, and Gary took the job on when others could not fit me in.
