We had sold our house and we were suddenly told that we needed to have a valuation done on our house to pay back our Help to Buy. I struggled to find someone to do it and I stumbled across eSurveyors. Straight from the start they were very accommodating and got us in the next day. Jon came and did the survey and was very professional and very friendly. He sent the report the very next day! Would definitely recommend their services!

Recently used eSurveyors for a full valuation report for our property for the purposes of a Help to Buy redemption. They were absolutely brilliant and I would highly recommend!! Provided great advice prior to booking the appointment about the best process to follow as we were in the process of putting our house on the market. eSurveyors then managed to fit our appointment in within a week and the report was sent to me in the evening of the day they came to view my property. With some now running their own successful businesses and others progressing through the ranks of the large Corporate Surveying companies, we are delighted to have been a part of their success. Most of all though, its the clients we have helped that have meant so much to us. The philosophy was to always try to go the extra mile in our Reports and hope that clients would remember us and come back to us.
