We had sold our house and we were suddenly told that we needed to have a valuation done on our house to pay back our Help to Buy. I struggled to find someone to do it and I stumbled across eSurveyors. Straight from the start they were very accommodating and got us in the next day. Jon came and did the survey and was very professional and very friendly. He sent the report the very next day! Would definitely recommend their services!

I used eSurveyors for a valuation on a shared ownership property and I found them extremely helpful. When initially getting quotes I found them to be the most helpful telling me things I did not even know and I found them the most approachable and competitive.
The initial survey was carried out promptly and again when the survey was being carried out we were given advice on what to say to potential buyers and we knew ball park what the valuation would be.
We received the valuation in reasonable time. I recently required an extension to my valuation as my valuation had expired and considering the notice we were given that this had expired by the housing association I have to say I really appreciate the turnaround on getting a new valuation completed.
